I am the son of Herbert John Preudhomme (better known as Uncle Pre) who was the First Deputy Prime Minister of Grenada. He was detained at Richmond Hill Prison from 13 March 1979-31 December 1981 under the PRG without Charge.
I received political asylum in NY on 3 October 1979. I retired from the Air Force after 30 years in 2010 and has since worked in Veterans Affairs in the Healthcare Sector and President of Local Union. I’m returning to Grenada to take up the mantle of GULP Leadership in the rebuilding/revitalization of the GULP Movement.
